Job Description(岗位职责)

一、TE费用管理

  • 负责TE费用全流程预算管理,涵盖年度合同、档期活动、加速等相关费用的预算申请、额度分配、渠道调整及合同录入等全流程跟进与管控,确保预算合规高效使用。

  • 统筹TE合同管理工作,包括合同录入、审批流程跟进、核销进度追踪,以及超期合同的专项管控,保障合同管理规范有序。

  • 推进渠道投资优化,定期输出省级及省内城市群渠道投资分析报告,为省总及城市群提供精准、可行的优化建议,明确投资方向,提升投资回报率。

二、SE费用管理

  • 负责SE费用的预算分配、使用进度管控、全程监督与管理,规范费用使用行为,确保费用使用符合公司规定,杜绝违规情况。

  • 负责激励项目全流程管理,跟进各类奖项的核销进度,确保激励政策落地执行,保障激励效果。

三、SIP管理

  • 负责SIP销售奖金相关目标的落实、收集、审核、提交工作,全程跟进目标达成情况,做好事实确认及异常问题反馈,保障奖金核算准确、发放及时。

  • 定期开展SIP达成情况分析与回顾,针对达成偏差制定优化措施,推进达成情况趋于正态分布,提升整体销售效能。

四、DSR及车辆相关管理

  • 车辆管理:负责车辆信息变更登记、DSV&SV达成率确认,维修/保养账单信息的核对与维护,以及油卡的日常管理等相关工作,保障车辆正常高效运转。

  • DSR管理:负责DSR市场评估草稿的确认与提报、P奖金相关事宜确认,以及DSR入离职信息的审核与管理等工作,规范DSR团队管理。

五、尼尔森数据分析

负责输出省内尼尔森数据分析报告,通过深度挖掘数据背后的生意机会点,为城市群提供精准的信息反馈及可落地的优化建议,助力业务提升。

Job Requirements(岗位要求)

  • 学历要求:全日制本科学历,专业不限。

  • 工作经验:3年以上相关工作经验,具备快速消费品(FMCG)行业Sales Operation、数据分析相关工作经验者优先考虑。

  • 语言能力:具备良好的英语读写能力,能熟练处理英文相关工作资料。

  • 技能要求:熟练运用Office办公软件(尤其Excel、PPT日常操作熟练),对数据敏感,擅长数据整理、分析及报告输出。

  • 沟通能力:具备良好的沟通协调能力,能够高效完成跨团队沟通协作,推动工作落地。

  • 综合素质:具备较强的学习能力、抗压能力、自我驱动意识及团队合作精神,责任心强,做事严谨细致。
