1. Platform & Competitive Landscape Analysis (External View)-
- Build a systematic competitive monitoring framework. Produce monthly reports on core competitors’ playbooks, including traffic flow (organic vs. paid), selling-point evolution, promotion mechanics (e.g., bundle discounts, thresholds), and new product launch cadence / pre-heat strategies.
- Track our market share evolution across Tmall, Douyin, and EKA. Identify the root causes of share shifts
2. Full Lifecycle Customer Analytics (Internal View)
- New Customers: Break down acquisition sources (offline/online brand seeding, organic search, paid ads). Evaluate each source by first-order AOV, category preference, and 90-day repurchase rate etc.
- Retention & Churn: Build an early-warning model for customer churn. Analyze purchase behavior prior to churn (e.g., price erosion, stock-outs, service issues) and feed insights back to marketing and promotions teams.
- Traffic Segmentation: Develop a brand consumer pyramid. Map our transactional customers against off-platform A3 audiences (e.g., LRB, Douyin) to assess the effectiveness of our seeding efforts.
3. Paid Media Investment Effectiveness (Efficiency View)
-Break down paid media ROI by channel, by category, and by campaign phase. Build “traffic quality” scorecard tracking methodology
-Deliver monthly, actionable budget reallocation recommendations to the channel investment team.

Qualifications :
- 5+ years of e-commerce data analytics experience, with deep hands-on knowledge of the backend data ecosystems of Tmall, Douyin, and EKA
- Strong structured problem-solving and proactive attitude
- Business translation skills
- Experience in petcare, FMCG, or beauty industries, and full-cycle exposure to major campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 6.18,SBD) – from in-flight monitoring to post-mortem deep-dives – is a strong plus.
