Key Responsibilities
Please list the most important and relevant responsibilities
Lead disciplined and systematic equipment maintenance strategy development efforts
Create and update site areas, processes and equipment, criticality matrix
Set Maintenance different strategies to each equipment (RCM, Predictive, Reactive, CBM)
Support setting the preventive maintenance standard & follow up the quality & safety audit
Represent Maintenance on AHC streams
Collects, handles, and approve improvement ideas and promotes an innovative environment.
Provide SOP’s and Instruction Manuals related to automatic machinery for Associates
Leading or strong support in assigned projects
Align with global engineering team & OEMs to ensure right maintenance technology & strategy
Ensures compliance with all business unit policies and procedures as related to safety & Quality
Ensure capture and analysis of maintenance data and equipment work histories
Lead regular review of equipment "bad actors" creating action plans for increasing reliability
Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis for complex problems
Gate keeper of all new projects and changes at the site to ensure that proper failure mode analysis is applied before the design and installation, Ensures that spare parts list, equipment manuals and prints are provided for all new installations and that they are consistent with established standards.
Learns working conditions of equipment and mechanical details. Works out instructions of their correct exploitation
Examine accidental situations, causes of equipment breaks. Works out and ensure realization of measures to prevent sudden breaks to extend terms of service of the plant equipment
Monitor of equipment performance like output, reliability, maintenance costs, availability, and then generate and implement the necessary improvements
Analyze production lines performance and feedback different Maintenance processes with areas of improvement
Context and Scope
This position is an active team-member of the site Continuous Improvement Program in operations, leads regular Reliability reviews, and manage a strong link with Site Engineering and regional engineering in relation to the implementation of reliability improvements
Stakeholders:
Internal : VSO, SES, Q&FS, Production planner, IE, Reactive, Autonomous and preventive maintenance teams
External: External suppliers, other Mars sites and technical COP
Job Specifications/Qualifications
BSc. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering from a reputable university.
+2 years working in maintenance or projects preferably in FMCG
