Role Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated EU Marketing Performance Measurement Sr. Manager , to join our Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) transformation team as part of Pet Nutrition’s Digital First ambition. This crucial role ensures the program's success in the EU region.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Build strong and trusted relations with regional stakeholders to understand their business needs, challenges and goals.
  • Elicit and validate regional hypothesis through MMM.
  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Interpret, synthesize and quantify insights providing support and actionable recommendations to regional users and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization through data analysis.
  • Partnering with regional analytics director on change management and driving impact
  • Evaluate, monitor and report regional benefits to senior management and governance boards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and other team members to ensure quality and timely delivery of solution

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Analytics and effectiveness preferred or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
