Regional Finance Manager

Job Description:

What will be your key responsibilities?

1.Support the Regional Finance Controller to act as a value-added business partner with Sales Management, to drive provincial business growth and sales performance measurement, to strengthen internal control and procedure compliance level.

2.Co-pilot South region to achieve 2026 business goal and hit NSV, TE Shape, NCFO, SE optimization target.

3.Take in charge of provincial budgeting management process.

4.Carry out new policies and work procedures; understand / feedback impact from provincial level.

5.Close-to-business coordination / guidance on tax, invoices, contract mgt.,

6.On-site resources to support enquiry, information collection, analysis, financial projection and detection of high value opp. / high risk issue.

7.Conduct field-audits and tests to ensure policies and procedures are in full compliance, and to improve check & balance.

8.Oversee execution of mgt. control and report effectiveness, ensure clear and speedy communication of compliance issues: down to provincial / city level for immediate correction.

9.Management of finance official seal

What are we looking for?

1.University and above degree with minimum 5 years above financial experience, prior experience in co-piloting is preferred.

2.Good learning agility, business acumen and ability to provide insight with data and perspective to business.

3.Good inter-personal, communication skills; good at English.
