The Project Portfolio & Resource Prioritization Manager plays a critical role in enabling enterprise prioritization by owning the integrity, structure, and usability of the data that powers strategic decision-making. This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of the single source of truth for enterprise so feed the quality information into prioritization and therefore make timely decision for resource allocation.
In addition, this role owns the digital technology capability and roadmap for the Enterprise Deployment function, connecting the digital needs across Enterprise Deployment’s three pillars and identifying opportunities to create greater enterprise value through integrated tools, data, automation, and insights.
The role partners closely with the Portfolio Director, Portfolio Managers, Enterprise Deployment leaders, Project Managers, functional leaders and data owners, and Digital/Technology partners to continuously strengthen the processes, data, and technology capabilities that enable enterprise-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the portfolio data, ensuring completeness, consistency, and accuracy of initiative records through manual exercise initially before system integration becomes reality. Liaise with functional data owners to ensure accuracy and the integrity of the project level data across key portfolios. Ensure all prioritized initiatives are properly captured, updated, and reflected in portfolio reviews and decision forums.
- Maintain and update the single source of truth for all active, proposed, and deprioritized projects across key portfolios — including metadata such as ownership, phase, resource load, value, timing, and status.
- Analyze portfolio dynamics (e.g., resource capacity vs. demand, value distribution, phasing patterns) and provide data-driven recommendations that inform prioritization, investment decisions, and governance outcomes. conduct ad hoc deep-dive analytics to answer critical business questions and uncover root causes of portfolio challenges.
- Support reporting and dashboarding needs, including recurring updates and ad hoc deep dives in partnership with analytics or visualization leads.
- Own and shape the digital capability roadmap for Enterprise Deployment, identifying how technology, data, analytics, and automation can improve the effectiveness of the function. Connect the needs across the three Enterprise Deployment pillars, ensuring digital solutions are designed as an integrated ecosystem rather than independent tools or processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years of experience in data management (strongly preferred), project management, finance, business operations, or data analytics.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for high-integrity data.
- Effective communicator able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Experience with platforms such as Monday.com, Siemens portfolio/resource management solutions, Sopheon PPM, PowerBI or comparable enterprise portfolio technologies is highly desirable.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 108,160.00 - USD 148,720.00
