Job Description:
The Project Engineer is responsible for deploying his/her engineering know-how to successfully execute and deliver projects to the business that provide a competitive advantage.
What are we looking for?
Minimum:
- Relevant 2+ year experience in closely related industry
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and on high performing teams
- Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or closely related scientific or technical disciplines
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Manage projects to deliver safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results
- Manage multiple responsibilities including project execution, functional support, self-development, and concentrating on growing the role
- Engage project team members, encourage them to proactively perform assigned tasks
- Actively interface with cross-functional groups on the project team
- Ensure delivery of assigned objectives for scope, time, budget, and cash flow

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 86,720.00 - USD 119,240.00
