Location: Slough (Onsite)

Salary: £50,000-£60,000+ Bonus + Benefits

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering engineering projects from concept to implementation.
• A collaborative approach to managing stakeholders and driving cross-functional progress.
• Ability to use data and insight to make decisions and manage change.
• Understanding of manufacturing technologies and pipeline practices.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead the planning, specification, procurement, and startup of new process and mechanical equipment.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and contractor management — delivering work safely and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation of capital projects.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve operational challenges to avoid delays.
