Continuous Improvement & COGS Reduction: Apply root cause analysis, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles to identify bottlenecks, eliminate process variability, and deliver measurable cost efficiencies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Wet Process Engineers and Wet Product Development teams to validate and deploy new recipes, ingredients, and processes within verified site capabilities.
Pilot Scale Validation: Collaborate actively during pilot testing at the Quality & Innovation Center / Product Development Center (QIC/PDC) to verify packaging and recipe transformations prior to factory scale-up.
Scale-Up & Vertical Start-Up: Support development initiatives from concept to industrial rollout, driving smooth technical handovers and fast, vertical start-ups for new products and packaging.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: some years of hands-on experience in a food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, with a background in Quality & Food Safety, Process Engineering, or Product/Process Development.
