Process Improvement Coordinator - Detail Channel
Process Improvement Coordinators are part of the structure responsible for the transformation of DTS (Direct to Store Channel) processes.
The primary objective is to achieve maximum distribution, optimize resources, and establish DTS as a key driver of growth for Pet Nutrition Mexico, ensuring we win in the traditional Mexican market in the upcoming years.
DTS is projected to become the top demand-generation channel in the future. Therefore, strategic Process Improving management and resource allocation will be critical success factors in achieving both top-line and bottom-line KPIs.
To accomplish this, the team and these positions will focus on three main pillars:
Core Process Improvement
Transformational Projects & Systems
Business Functional Expertise
What will be your main responsibilities?
Process Design & System Transformation: Lead projects focused on the design, standardization, and automation of core processes.
Project Management & Expansion Execution: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic initiatives, including expansion into new territories and the rollout of process blueprints.
Functional Expertise & Change Management: Act as the subject matter expert to ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability of implemented changes.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, as this role requires leading meetings with international suppliers and presenting complex business requirements.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query for data analysis and manipulation.
Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI (preferred) or Tableau to build dashboards, generate reports, and translate data into actionable business insights.
Proven experience in Project Management and Change Management initiatives.
Knowledge of Process Mapping, Process Assessment, and process improvement/ideation methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
