Plant Supply Excellence Manager - (TPM)

What are we looking for?

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Supply Chain or related course of study
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment
  • Understanding of internal manufacturing and major business processes, with a focus on FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) as a beneficial background.
  • Familiarity with improvement systems and tools, including TPM, SIXSIGMA, Kaizen, and 5S.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Senior Leaders and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in leading step-change initiatives and best practice rollouts.
  • Eagerness to analyze processes and inspired by maximizing value within the operational context.
  • Solid experience working with and understanding TPM principles and methods, specifically in areas such as AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Planned Maintenance), FI (Focused Improvement), ET (Education & Training), and FMOS/DMS (Daily Management System).
  • Excellence in Project Management, with knowledge in areas such as food safety, associate safety, P&L (Profit and Loss) principles, and Supply/Manufacturing practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset coupled with substantial project management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing improvement projects that lead to measurable financial savings in a sustainable manner.
  • Strong understanding of Change Management principles.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to be well-organized in handling operational responsibilities.

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Change
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Champion a data-driven, continuous improvement culture across the entire plant.

  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for supply excellence through strategic plans (CBN, OGSM, SSIP).

  • Benchmark performance against industry best practices and drive the organization to exceed them.

  • Build organizational capability by developing training strategies and mentoring leaders to instill a continuous improvement mindset at all levels.

  • Implementation & Execution

  • Initiate and implement improvement projects by identifying, prioritizing, and justifying initiatives that deliver measurable results.

  • Champion the use of plant management systems and methodologies like FMOS, MSE Pillars, DMAIC, and 5S.

  • Develop and deploy governance and visual management systems for effective data collection, reporting, and deviation analysis.

  • Promote analytical problem-solving by collaborating on data tools and applying statistical methods.

  • Leadership & Collaboration

  • Coach and mentor department managers and pillar leaders on the implementation of supply excellence teams.

  • Engage stakeholders in the MSE rollout plan, defining priorities, scope, and expected results.

  • Partner with other plants to achieve financial and KPI targets and share best practices for improvement.

  • Monitoring & Impact

  • Track the impact of MSE initiatives on business priorities, including cost savings and operational performance (TRS/OEE).

  • Integrate digital solutions with the MSE strategy, ensuring clear cost-benefit analysis and expected outcomes.

  • Conduct regular audits and health checks to analyze the effectiveness of all supply excellence initiatives.
