The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. The role involves analyzing existing processes, designing new systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
What are we looking for?
3–5 years of Process Engineering experience.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with ERP, simulation, and data analysis tools.
Intermediate English.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Conduct process simulations and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flow diagrams, and work instructions.
Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
