1. Product strategy planning

- Combine extensive market analysis, insights from channels and pet owners to develop the medium term and long-termproduct strategy for Royal Canin China and strategic initiatives for product line development.

- Collaborate closely with pillars to implement channel product strategies and support the overall strategy of Royal Canin China.

2. Product strategy management and optimization

- revisit and optimize portfolio strategy and product portfolio management according to market feedback and channel changes, continuously improve the efficiency of the overall product line, and drive sustainable growth.

3. Product innovation

- Explore product and packaging innovation projects, and collaborate with GLOBAL, APAC and cross-function to promote localized product innovation and process optimization.

4. Upgrade and optimization of product related content

- Work together with cross-functional teams to promote the upgrade of product selling points and the development of relevant product marketing content to enhance competitiveness.

5. Cross-functional collaboration and execution

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including demand teams and supply teams, to drive the implementation of product strategies and make continuous improvement.

6. Team development

– Develop direct reports to building strong talent pipeline and high performance team

– Build cross function relationship to enhance collaboration across Central marketing and pillar marketing teams
