This position will play a pivotal role in perfecting the End-to-End Customer Journey in Royal Canin Korea. Your mission is to bridge the gap between traffic and conversion by designing seamless, high-converting and engaging on-site experiences. Leveraging our team’s core assets (CRM and digital media capabilities), ensuring that user visiting our platform is not only met with a functional interface but is also captivated by a compelling brand story that leads naturally to purchase. The position is 1 year 9 months temporary employee contract for maternity leave until Dec 2027.

[Key Responsibility]

PROACTIVE ACTIVATION PLANNING

  • Commercial Synergy: Partner with E-commerce teams to launch high-impact on-site promotions aligned with sales goals.

  • Campaign Ownership: Lead the development of landing pages and sales-linked activations to drive measurable results.

  • Contents Development: Integrate brand narratives into the user journey to elevate content beyond simple transactions.

ON-SITE UX/UI ANALYSIS & OPTIMIZATION

  • Data-Driven Diagnosis: Analyze website UI/UX to identify bottlenecks using data insights and a deep understanding of UI/UX mechanisms.

  • Conversion Optimization: Drive Conversion Rate Optimization through strategic A/B testing and continuous user journey enhancement

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & AGILE OPTIMIZATION

  • Insight Interpretation: Measure activation performance and translate complex data into actionable business improvements.

  • Agile Iteration: Maintain a "Plan-Execute-Analyze-Optimize" cycle for continuous enhancement of on-site touchpoints.

STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION & AGENCY MANAGEMENT

  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Align with Sales, E-com Marketing, and other units to ensure consistent business and user journey objectives.

  • Agency Partnership: Manage external agencies to ensure premium output and on-time delivery.

BUDGETING : Budget planning and maintenance for on-site dedicated activations

[Job Specifications/Qualifications]

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business related discipline.

  • +5 years working experience in digital and growth marketing

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (GA4) is essential.

  • Understanding in digital ecosystem solution tool (eg. Sales force) is preferable.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders and agencies.

  • Oral and written communication skill in Korean and English
