Job Description

Job Description:

Revenue Growth Management in CPG is no longer just a defensive exercise against margin pressure — it is the strategic heartbeat of growth for the next decade. The future belongs to those who can transform data into decisive action, turning insights into strategies that unlock value for brands, retailers, and consumers alike.

Mars Snacking is accelerating its data and analytics journey across sales and marketing through the One Demand Data & Analytics (ODDA) team. ODDA drives the advanced analytics agenda, fosters innovation, and champions positive disruption, with a vision to become a leading data & analytics player in the CPG industry.

As ODDA Head of Strategic Revenue Management (North America), a senior-level leadership role, you will sit within ODDA and lead the transformation of Strategic Revenue Management. You will embed digital, AI, and advanced analytics into everyday commercial workflows, provide thought leadership to the NA SRM team, and turn insights into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth, market leadership, and measurable commercial impact.

This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of ‘31st December 2026’. As we move closer to ‘31st December 2026’ we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a visionary, senior analytics leader with a proven track record of transforming data and AI into measurable commercial impact. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Deep SRM Expertise: Strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management (Strategic Pricing & PPA, Trade Promo, Trade Architecture and Mix) within CPG

  • Digital & AI Leadership: Hands-on experience leading digital and AI transformations, embedding advanced analytics and prescriptive insights into commercial workflows

  • Strategic Influence: Ability to provide thought leadership, shape priorities, and influence senior stakeholders both regionally and globally

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Exceptional skills in building scalable analytics capabilities, driving adoption of standardised processes, and fostering a culture of data-led decision-making

  • Change Management Excellence: Proven ability to drive cross-functional adoption of new tools, insights, and practices in complex, high-growth environments

  • Born Collaborator: Naturally thrives in cross-functional environments, working seamlessly with multiple teams — from business leaders to data science, data engineering, and external vendor partners — both regionally and globally

  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: Able to navigate uncertainty, make decisions with incomplete information, and shape direction in a rapidly evolving business landscape

  • Strong Communication & Storytelling: Capability to translate complex analytics into actionable, persuasive insights that drive strategic decisions

  • Demonstrable Experience: Proven track record of senior-level leadership in analytics, SRM, or related commercial transformation initiatives

This leader will serve as a key enabler for North America’s SRM transformation, delivering both immediate impact and positioning the organisation for long-term growth through data, analytics, and AI.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the North America SRM team, shaping the future of analytics-driven decision-making.

  • Lead the adoption of AI and digital tools, embedding prescriptive insights into portfolio, pricing, and promotion strategies.

  • Build scalable analytics capabilities that enable the SRM team to move from tactical execution to strategic growth impact.

  • Partner with cross-functional regional & global teams to ensure analytics insights translate into measurable revenue, margin, and market share gains

  • Drive continuous innovation in data, modelling, and AI approaches to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving CPG landscape.

  • Raise the bar for analytics standards and practices, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

What can you expect from Mars?

  • Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.

  • Join a purpose-driven company, where we’re striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.

  • Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.

  • An industry-competitive salary and benefits package, including a company bonus.
