Job Description:

The role holder is responsible for deliver projects and solutions, consisting of Mars GDO, business and third parties, in delivery of IT infrastructure projects across an entire region. Creating a deployment plan and coordinating it with all the senior stakeholders within the region, at the center, and all involved third parties.

Using the technical understanding of infrastructure this role will ensure if new solutions and significant changes are fit for purpose at the business units as well as gather new requirements to pass through to the technology development teams.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent in experience

  • Tertiary qualifications

  • 5-8 years infrastructure and/or project management experience

  • Experience managing a portfolio of simultaneous IT projects

  • Being able to lead and direct resources to accomplish program objectives

  • Ability to work and manage remotely

  • Having exposure to IT development projects.

  • Excellent stakeholder and supplier written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead a program of regional and global projects that will coordinate internal resources and third party vendors, deliver a set of Enterprise Network Services projects to business units

  • Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Following Mars project management framework, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Working with Network Project Management Office, assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Support the transition of the solution from technical team to Service Delivery teams.

  • Actively share knowledge and best practice to peers and stakeholders across regions

  • Act as a technical consultant for local sites teams, and global technical governance teams gather

    future requirements, and ensure that global standards are followed

  • Establish and maintain relationship with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders and update them on project status

  • Having an in-depth understanding of the site infrastructure
