What You’ll Do

As our Mars Leadership Experience – Continuous Improvement, your key responsibilities will include:

• Project Management – Lead and manage your own challenging engineering projects from day one, designed to increase your knowledge in advanced production technology and high-speed machinery.
• Technical Innovation – Pushed forward innovative engineering ideas and direct technically complex projects for Mars Thailand Pet Nutrition – Chonburi site.
• Collaboration & Leadership – Partner with a great line manager, mentors, coaches, and a buddy, while actively engaging with Mars senior leaders.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Relevant Experience – 0–3 years of experience with a strong passion to lead and a love of engineering.
• Key Skills – Proficiency in English, strong cognitive skills, and solid academic knowledge in your field.
• Soft Skills – Excellent leadership potential, great communication, and a strong aspiration to step into people leader roles.
• Qualifications – A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering field.
