As Mars Flagship Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the company, overseeing Mars brand's shopping experience online. As an effective Flagship Store Manager you will not only boost revenue but also ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Hence, this role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing, and data analytics. We’re looking for a candidate who is willing to become obsessed about delivering best shopping experience for the Pet Parents!

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Develop and execute the online shopping experience for Pet Parents at Mars Flagship Store in alignment with company goals;
• Provide insights based on customer behavior and trends, and recommend strategies to build outstanding Mars brands presence and best-in-class product experience;
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and product visibility;
• Ensure forecast accuracy and manage collaboration with customer service and logistic partners to ensure timely and seamless shopping experience for Pet Parents;
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, AOV, effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and customer satisfaction;
• Collaborate across local, cluster, and regional teams to prepare and execute deployment plans;
• Stay up-to-date with the leading e-Commerce platforms evolution, incl. digital marketing tools and technologies.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of delivering strong business results;
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, with hands-on experience working with Allegro;
• Comfortable operating within a matrix organization and collaborating with stakeholders across different levels and markets;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse internal and external stakeholders;
• Excellent analytical abilities and proficiency in using digital tools to drive performance
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken;
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
