Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) and Data & Analytics (D&A) are at the core of Mars Pet Nutrition’s ambition to accelerate growth and unlock new ways of working. Together, they help us make smarter, faster, and more profitable commercial decisions, from pricing and promotions to portfolio optimization. In this role, you will help bring this vision to life by turning data and insights into concrete business impact. You’ll work at the crossroads of Marketing Strategy & Deployment, and Data & Analytics, ensuring our digital tools and analytical solutions truly meet the needs of our markets. Your key missions will be to:

  • Lead the deployment of SRM and analytics capabilities, connecting business priorities with the right data-driven solutions.

  • Shape and deliver a 3-year roadmap for SRM and analytics, in partnership with regional and global teams.

  • Drive adoption of digital tools across Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring they become integral to daily decision-making.

  • Translate data into actionable insights to fuel commercial growth and continuous improvement.

You’ll collaborate closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders — offering strong visibility and the opportunity to make a real impact across Mars Pet Nutrition’s commercial ecosystem.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a business mind with curiosity for data. Someone who enjoys connecting dots between people, tools and insights to make smarter commercial decisions.

  • A degree or experience in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar, with an interest in how data can drive better decisions.

  • A good understanding of the CPG or Retail world, especially pricing, promotions or sales performance.

  • The ability to turn business questions into clear, practical digital solutions, and to work closely with tech teams to make them real.

  • A collaborative, engaging communicator who can work with global teams while representing local market needs with confidence.

  • Comfort using everyday analytics tools (like Power BI, Excel or market panels such as Nielsen).

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); French or Dutch is a plus.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Turn data into action: use commercial and market data to help Sales and Marketing teams make smarter decisions on pricing, promotions and portfolio management.

  • Connect the dots between business and digital tools: understand the needs of our Sales and Marketing teams and work with technical partners to design simple, impactful solutions that make their daily work easier.

  • Drive adoption and engagement: train and support teams to use our digital tools effectively, gather feedback, and continuously improve how we work with data.

  • Represent local business priorities: ensure that global or regional tools and processes reflect the specific needs of our markets, and challenge when needed to deliver real business impact.

  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing: act as the link between local, regional and global teams to exchange best practices and build stronger capabilities.

  • Continuously improve: identify new opportunities to simplify, automate or enhance decision-making, using data as a lever for growth and efficiency.
