Job Description:

Role Summary

The Integrated Media & Communications (IMC) Co-op will play an active role in coordinating and executing social media and influencer campaigns across the largest and leading brands in Pet Nutrition and Confectionary categories. This isn't a passive support role, it will provide hands-on experience, managing real timelines, driving deliverables, and becoming the connective tissue between internal brand teams, cross-functional One Demand partners, and external agencies. The ideal candidate sees a gap and fills it without being asked. This role offers deep exposure to integrated media planning and execution across paid social and creator partnerships with real ownership over the work from day one.

  • Be able to make the Co-op start date 5/04/2026 and end date 12/07/2026

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders

  • A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Can spots problems early and try to solve them proactively

  • Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail; nothing falls through the cracks

  • A strong communicator who can confidently navigate multiple stakeholders and keep everyone aligned

  • A fast learner who picks up new tools, platforms, and processes quickly and applies them independently

  • Genuine passion for digital marketing, social media, and influencer culture

  • Able to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines without losing momentum

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, and Reddit.

  • Understand how execute actionable plans rooted in business objectives, consumer insights, and cultural trends.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Campaign execution: Actively coordinate social and influencer campaigns, flag risks before they become problems, and keep timelines and approvals moving across internal teams and agencies

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Proactively communicate with brand teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies to ensure alignment on campaign milestones and requirements.

  • Campaign documentation: Maintain campaign trackers; organize assets, briefs, feedback, and all other documentation for active campaigns

  • Reporting support: Assist in compiling performance data and preparing campaign recaps that offer real actionable insights

What can you expect from Mars?
