Brand Coordinator - Cat Category - Your new challenge at Mars?

Reporting to our Brand Manager at Mars Pet Nutrition in our Béccar offices, the Brand Coordinator plays a vital, hands-on role in key business processes, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives for our beloved Cat portfolio. You will be the organizational backbone of the team, turning strategy into reality for the feline brands our consumers trust.

In this exciting role, you'll...

• Support the execution of the annual marketing plan for our Cat brand portfolio.

• Assist in the rollout of brand innovation pipelines, including product & packaging updates.

• Coordinate the logistics of activation strategies, consumer promotions, and new product launches to ensure on-time delivery.

• Track and maintain marketing budgets, monitoring costs and processing invoices/purchase orders.

• Gather and format data regarding domestic and international market trends in the feline category, client behavior, and competitor activity to help the team identify market opportunities.

You?

• Completed University Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related;

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within international FMCG companies;

• Advanced English (will be tested during the process);

• Strong organizational and project management skills with a high attention to detail.

• Good analytical, presentation, and communication skills

• A genuine passion for pets, specifically cats, is a huge plus!
