The Marketing Coordinator will support the Brand Team and broader Fishcare team in executing digital marketing, e-commerce content management, trade show support, and core brand operations. This role is responsible for delivering insight based, detail-oriented marketing execution that drives growth for our aquatic’s portfolio. The ideal candidate brings digital and website expertise, organizational excellence, and a proactive approach to managing content, channels, and cross-functional requests.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Shopper/Customer Marketing is a plus

• Experience managing social media and/or website content is a plus

• Prior CPG, pet care, or aquatics/fishkeeping experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across teams

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics

• Proactive problem-solver with a desire to improve processes and deliver best‑in‑class execution

What would be your key responsibilities?

E‑commerce & Digital Content Management

• Update and maintain product and brand content across digital ecosystems

• Manage content readiness for new innovation & renovation as well as optimizing content for top portfolio items

• Implement website content updates and coordinate with agencies as needed

• Support CRM updates or email content coordination (as applicable)

Label / Graphics Project Support

• Initiates and manages graphics development process for label change projects

• Coordinates with agency or vendor partners to execute artwork updates

• Routes artwork through internal graphics approval system

• Updates salsify/ecom content when necessary

• Communicates label changes to sales & tech services

Trade Show Support & Marketing Closet Ownership

• Manage and fulfill swag and communication material requests for trade shows and events

• Maintain, organize, and document marketing inventory in the marketing closet at the Chalfont office

• Track and ship materials in partnership with sales and marketing teams

• Support on‑site execution for key trade shows and customer events when applicable

Brand Measurement & Reporting

• Pull data for the monthly omnichannel brand scorecard

• Recommend actions based on performance trends and brand health indicators

Influencer and Brand Partnership Support

• Identify relevant influencer / content creators to send brand outreach (samples)

• Manage communication + sending of samples to influencers
