Location: Ørestad, Copenhagen
Hybrid working

This position is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with part-time working hours ranging from 15 to 20 hours per week. There is a possibility to review and extend the contract up to 1 year.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Product Data aggregation: Consolidating, preparing and manually enriching material master data records according to the required GS1 target market data models/customer requests and under consistent application of the existing guidelines of the GS1/GDSN standards in the cluster relevant Product Information Management System (Salsify/DAP/other) for relevant market stakeholders internally & externally (e.g. GS1 GDSN cloud, customer portals, excel requests, product data sheets …),
  • Publishing new items timely and completely to the defined trading partners to ensure product listing to trade
  • Monitoring portfolio changes and refreshing product data along the product life cycle of a GTIN,
  • Ensuring an up-to-date portfolio overview by discontinuing items/data sets to trade that are not sold anymore,
  • Product Data syndication: Synchronous distribution of product data to trade and internal parties across multiple channels, platforms, and marketplaces adjusting the product data to the required format and quality standards of each channel. Data covered: product classification data, logistics data, marketing data, images, declaration data, partially packaging data => data scope will be increasing due to legislation and trade partner requirements,
  • Collaborating and communicating with Sales, Marketing, Consumer Care, Artwork/Image creation Teams & agencies and data administrators (factories & markets) as well as trade partners handling customer data requirements,
  • Monitoring and reviewing master data quality (completeness and sense check especially with regards to legal requirements) and correcting errors and inconsistencies in coordination with the respective MDM Lead (key user) and the responsible functional areas (source systems),
  • Reviewing and validating data in the external systems upstream of trade systems (e.g. GS1 Cloud providers towards internal PIM and source systems and standard forms) to ensure correct and synchronized data to all recipients (GDSN & non-GDSN),
  • Supporting the MDM Lead in the key user activities by e.g. refreshing data on item level during technical upgrades/releases driven externally (4x per year),

What are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • A driven and curious student, with good attention to detail, a genuine interest in working with numbers, and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English, and understands Scandinavian languages
