The Manager, Shopper & Solutions Insights, Club & Grocery leads shopper insights and analytics for club, grocery, and mass channels, with a focus on shopper card data and
omnichannel behavior. Supports development of insights and solutions that drive performance across traditional retail environments. This role acts as the subject matter expert for shopper card and loyalty data across grocery, club, and mass channels,
delivering robust analytics to support shopper insights and business decision-making. Partnering closely with Sr. Managers, account teams, and category teams, this role ensures insights are aligned to retailer realities and business priorities. The role requires strong hands-on analytics combined with the ability to connect data to broader business questions and shopper behavior trends. Success is defined by delivering actionable insights, supporting execution of recommendations, and contributing to a consistent, omnichannel understanding of shoppers across traditional retail environments.
What are we looking for?
Minimum qualifications:
5–8+ years in analytics, shopper and consumer insights in CPG
2+ years of experience with NIQ, Data Impact, Similarweb, Profitero, or Numerator
Strong hands-on experience with shopper card, loyalty, or retail sales data
Proven ability to conduct end-to-end analysis and translate findings into actionable insights
Experience combining primary research with behavioral data
Experience working cross-functionally with category, sales, or marketing team
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in CPG and grocery, club, or mass retail environments
Familiarity with merchandising, shelving, or in-store execution insights
Familiarity with modern analytics tools and AI-enabled workflows
What will be your key responsibilities?
Conduct hands-on analysis of shopper behavior across grocery, club, and mass retail channels
Support development and execution of shopper learning plans, integrating analytics and primary research
Build a comprehensive understanding of shopper behavior across channels, linking data to business performance and primary research
Support shelving and in-store research, translating insights into recommended merchandising and assortment solutions
Serve as primary expert on shopper card and loyalty data analytics, driving capability adoption and application across the organization
Partner closely with retailer and category teams to align work to key customer needs and strategies
Collaborate with Category Insight teams to generate broader insights across departments to incorporate broader insights into solution development
Help translate insights into recommendations and support execution through brand and retail partners
Track progress and impact of recommendations and contribute to activation efforts
