What are we looking for?

• The purpose of a Maintenance Technician is to maintain conditions of operating equipment. Repair or

  replacement of failed components, the ability to troubleshoot unknown issues with equipment, and make a

  djustments to centerline operational output of assigned equipment.

• Perform mechanical and electrical P.M.s on various manufacturing and packaging equipment and

  electrical panels. Document WO’s/PM’s using computerized maintenance management system.

• Troubleshooting and repairing routine electrical and mechanical problems on assigned equipment,

  conduct preventative maintenance, and support Operations in equipment setup and changeover.

• Participate on MSE teams, train operators in AM activities, and conduct Breakdown Analysis.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Owns PM systems for the Line, focusing on PM compliance, planned work %, SAP utilization and the break down analysis process.

• Drives results in Planned and Unplanned Downtime, as well as M

  aintenance & Repair costs for line

• Technical expert of related equipment and discuss, coach, and train technicians and operators on this equipment.

• Makes business decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

• Participates in the identification and correction of abnormalities for the line.

• Represent maintenance team in the daily FMOS meetings. Provides performance data for selected machines and communicates action plans and completed work effectively.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 33.43 - USD 45.97
