Logistics Systems Expert (F/M/X)

Royal Canin, Logistics Department

Location: Niepołomice

***hybrid role up to 50%***

We are looking for a Logistics Systems Expert to join our team - someone who will play a key role in connecting production, logistics, and IT systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing systems that support the supply chain (ERP and WMS), configuring product data, and analyzing and optimizing processes. If you enjoy working at the intersection of technology and operations and value having a real impact on digital improvements, this role is perfect for you.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Independently managing and developing WMS and ERP systems to effectively support logistics and production processes.

  • System configuration and data entry for new products, as well as updating existing configurations across key systems.

  • Analyzing logistics and production processes and identifying opportunities for improvement through new tools and IT solutions.

  • Standardizing and analyzing data, monitoring quality and key performance indicators (KPIs) needed for operational decision‑making.

  • Collaborating with local, regional, and global teams, as well as external warehouse partners, to ensure smooth information and data flow.

  • Overseeing system‑related period‑closing activities within logistics and production systems.

  • Participating in the implementation of new systems and evaluating the effectiveness and quality of introduced technological solutions.

  • Acting as a Key User for WMS and ERP systems, providing expert support to users and contributing to the functional development of these tools.

What are we looking for?

  • Higher education and experience working with technical documentation.

  • Strong analytical skills, data management abilities, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and operate in a complex environment.

  • Experience working with ERP/WMS systems and complex IT solutions, including familiarity with data exchange formats (XML, JSON), will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Programming skills (e.g., VBA, Python, C) and very good command of MS Office tools.

  • Very good command of English (B2/C1 level).

  • Experience in a production environment (preferred).
