Role: Learning Project Manager
Job Purpose:
The Learning Project Manager at Mars U leads the end‑to‑end delivery and execution of learning projects, ensuring each initiative meets its defined scope, timeline, and quality standards. The role requires strong stakeholder management and communication, and close collaboration across Mars U teams to drive alignment, manages ambiguity effectively, demonstrates situational adaptability, and ensures learning solutions are delivered successfully.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum requirement: Applicants must have at least 5 years of proven project management experience, with a strong record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder projects. Only candidates with the required experience will be considered for the role.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent education) providing required knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
APMP or similar Project Management certification is highly desirable.
Strong command of project management tools and methodologies, applied effectively across diverse project types.
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end solution development and how new learning solutions and training programs reach the market.
Experience leading or contributing to global projects across regions and time zones.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, building trust and alignment across functions.
Proven ability to influence without authority, partnering effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsabilities:
Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of learning projects, ensuring they meet agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards. Maintain oversight of project budgets and invoicing, ensuring timely identification and escalation of any issues. Ensure adherence to agreed processes in accordance to current S&OP, Stage Gates, and Mars U delivery standards.
Consultation and Risk Management: Provide consultation during project intake and discovery on timeline, scope, and potential risks. Define, raise, and manage project risks proactively to the LM during the project life cycle.
Stakeholder’s Management: Develop strong internal and external partnerships, fostering seamless delivery and early identification and resolution of issues. Maintain project team alignment and serve as the strategic connector across the project team and vendors.
Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders through status updates, meetings, and documentation.
Project Documentation: Ensure consistency use of high-quality standardized project documentation, including project plans, logs, and collaboration spaces.
File Management: Manage effective project file and asset management, ensuring proper organization and storing of files and assets.
Project Reporting: Maintain clear, data-driven reporting of project status, risks, and dependencies to Mars U and senior stakeholders.
Review and Learning: Conduct After Action Reviews, document key learnings, and share insights with the LM and Project Management team.
