As our Inbound Operations Associate, you’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to running agile, efficient inbound operations that enable seamless production and support our business growth. What You’ll Do

As our Inbound Operations Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead inbound logistics operations – Ensure timely, cost-efficient material flow with compliance to safety, quality, and sustainability standards
• Support capability development – Help implement supply chain strategies to enable responsiveness and operational excellence
• Drive 3PL and supplier collaboration – Partner with warehouses and transport providers for continuous improvement
• Ensure regulatory alignment – Manage import documentation, audits, and customs formalities

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Relevant Experience – 5+ years in supply chain planning and operations, including warehouse and 3PL management
• Key Skills – Strong in supplier collaboration, logistics, and operational problem-solving
• Soft Skills – Independent, decisive, adaptable, and customer-focused
• Qualifications – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Management or a related field
