What You’ll Do
As our Industrial Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Analytics and Project Support – Receive direction and coaching from Regional IE Managers on analytics requests for projects and business activities to provide data-driven insights.

• Priority Alignment – Work closely with the Plant Manager in aligning priorities and timings of responsibilities to ensure focus on critical tasks.

• Global Reporting – Coordinate global reporting and benchmarking requests with the Regional IE team to track performance and identify opportunities.

• Program Support – Collaborate with regional functional leads to support key programs including S&OP+, FMOS, Quickscan, and Plant Manager Toolkits.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has:

• Relevant Experience – Expertise in industrial engineering or a similar analytical role within a manufacturing environment.

• Key Skills – Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency projects.

• Soft Skills – Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Qualifications – A degree in Industrial Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
