We’re behind some of the best loved brands in the world including MARS®, SNICKERS®, EXTRA®, ECLIPSE®, PEDIGREE®, WHISKAS®, DOLMIO®, BEN’S ORIGINAL ® MASTERFOODS ® and ROYAL CANIN® and we are dedicated to making a positive impact on people and the planet.

About Mars Food & Nutrition Australia

Mars Food & Nutrition is dedicated to providing better food today and a better world tomorrow. For us, food is more than just what’s on our plate. We know that what we eat, where it comes from and who we share it with matters. We believe that a better world tomorrow is one where more people have access to healthy meals; more people cook and sit down together to enjoy shared dinnertimes; and more food can be produced with less.

We have an ambition to enable delicious, healthier eating to be part of consumers’ daily lives. Our portfolio of much-loved brands includes MASTERFOODS™, DOLMIO™, BEN'S ORIGINAL™, KAN TONG®, and PROMITE®.

With full P&L accountability for one of Mars Food & Nutrition Australia’s most important growth channels, you will lead the largest people team within the sales function, developing and inspiring a high-performing team of nine Associates across National and State Account Management, while shaping the future direction of the Foodservice business.

Based at our Wyong or Sydney location, this role offers flexibility while ensuring strong engagement across the business and with key customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Coach and inspire a high-performing, customer-focused culture built on accountability and collaboration.

  • Build leadership capability, succession pipelines and provide clear direction in a fast-moving environment.

Digital & Sales Excellence

  • Build digital capability across the team and embed CRM usage (including Salesforce).

  • Strengthen data-led decision making and customer management.

  • Improve sales effectiveness through technology and process optimisation.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner across Marketing, Finance, Supply, Demand Planning and R&D.

  • Influence stakeholders to align priorities and deliver results.

  • Lead through collaboration to solve complex business challenges.

  • Champion a culture of growth and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Significant FMCG/consumer goods leadership experience with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

  • Demonstrated success managing complex commercial relationships and driving growth through strategic customer partnerships.

  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with experience developing and executing growth strategies.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability.

  • The ability to create structure, clarity and focus in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • Curiosity and learning agility, with experience leveraging data and CRM tools to improve performance.

Why you’ll love working for Mars:
