P&L Management & Performance Analysis

• Manage end-to-end P&L planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Deliver insightful variance analyses, identifying key drivers behind revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Monitor business performance and analyze key drivers behind variances versus target and prior year, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance
• Conduct profitability analyses across products, channels, customers, and business initiatives.

Free Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

• Support FCF forecasting and performance tracking.
• Analyze cash flow drivers, including inventory, receivables, payables, and capital expenditures.
• Support initiatives to improve working capital efficiency and cash flow performance.

Process Improvement

• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes.
• Drive automation and simplification initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting quality.
• Support implementation and optimization of finance tools and reporting systems.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline. CPA or equivalent professional qualifications are a plus.

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in Finance including FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
• Strong financial analysis skills with experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience supporting P&L planning and analysis; exposure to balance sheet and cash flow planning is preferred.
• Experience partnering with commercial or operational functions to support business decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken.
