Job Description:
The European eCommerce Customer Marketing Specialist supports Royal Canin’s brand growth ambitions by executing brand activation strategies and marketing plans. This role reports and works closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver digital marketing assets, coordinate promotional activities, and support portfolio and innovation initiatives.

You have experience in marketing, ecommerce, digital or customer marketing.
You are ideally currently working in marketing/brand marketing/sales on supplier or retailer side.
You are passionate about Digital and eCommerce.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.
You have a proven track record of building collaborative relationship with customers / stakeholders.
You are evaluative and proactive, assessing campaign performance, staying current with marketing trends, and recommending optimisations.
You demonstrate a commitment to self-development and are comfortable exploring new ideas and approaches to drive results.
You will be required to travel 15% of the time each year.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Assist in implementing brand activation strategies tailored to Europe’s #1 online pet food retailer, based on business priorities and insights from category trends and performance data.
Work with agencies to create on-site and off-site marketing assets including banners, social media adverts, emails, printed mailings, and landing pages.
Work closely with European local markets to ensure marketing assets are translated correctly and approved in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Support the Customer Marketing Manager to execute flawless new product launches on retailers’ websites, including planning and post-launch performance tracking.
Analyse marketing activation performance using customer data and provide recommendations for optimisations to the Customer Marketing Manager.
Manage the planning, execution, and tracking of sampling activities, including the design, co-packing, and delivery of sample kits across multiple European markets.
