European Content & .Com Lead

Job Description:

The European Content & .Com Lead will be the SPOC to the global content agency/ team on the EU priorities and assigns digital content creation priority and requests to Global team. Location of the role is possible in any European sites.

What are we looking for?

  • Senior Leader, experienced in Brand and Communication Management, preferably previous experience in Content
  • Prior line management experience required
  • Prior experience in Leadership Team
  • Strong experience in setting up content strategy to meet brand and business needs- utilizing it across various touchpoints creative, having worked with agencies, brand, comms and digital platforms teams.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Content Strategy:

  • Define and lead the content/.com team to define & deploy the content and .com strategy for Europe and their specific cluster to create best in class website and Brand Experience for Pet Owners.
  • Accountable for .com performance and digital content development and deployment.

.com:

  • Responsible for the EU .com strategy- to create premium pet owner experience site that drives consideration and conversion to product
  • Leads EU .Com managers to plan, implement and optimize content and services on the .com

Performance Analysis:

  • Leads .com team on content and page performance, working closely together with Pet Owner Analysts and D2C team, utilizing data and analytics to secure pet owners are informed and then lead through the funnel to find our products
  • Secure continuous best practice sharing, A/B testing and optimization within EU team and global. Provide regular performance reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of content/.com professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with global teams, agencies/ digital factory to secure a winning .com strategy
  • Create EU strategy and global buy in to EU content needs and future outlook to secure an effective content strategies.

Compliance and Brand Safety:

  • Ensure all content activities comply with regulations and industry standards.
  • Safeguard the brand’s reputation by enforcing strict brand safety measures across all channels.
