Enterprise Planning Senior Manager - CHO

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1.In daily operation, stand alone to be full representative from end- to-end supply performance, by proactive collaborate with one demand, factory, commercial, logistics, SAM etc. to deliver brand service, inventory, and NQC target

2.In organization, play as key work process owner, besides governance the work process implementation robustness, need to make continuous improvement on the work process to enable E2E planning transformation.

3.Conduct finished goods deployment from site to hub and direct ship process.

4.Conduct the future 18-24 periods domestic & affiliate demand verification with one demand team (Cell/NCM/ Demand Collaboration) and conduct long term planning and 10 weeks production plan with capacity evaluation and track performance.

5.Conduct finished products weekly production plan and co-pack plan (where applicable), and then check shutdown, material availability & labor for the weekly production plans, complete daily site production plan & offline co-pack/E-plant daily plan for next 2 weeks and track the fulfillment performance.

6.Work with Cell/NCM/ SAM/BAM closely for new product launch or discontinue SKUs and arrange trial run in weekly plan and pipeline production planning to ensure inventory readiness to meet RFI target and control well finished good write-off

Job Qualifications

1. Education & Professional Qualification

-Bachelor degree or above

-Familiar with supply chain operation, 5 years of planning work experience, 3 years of working experience in the same position is preferred;

2. Knowledge / Experience

-Demonstrated MRP and production & material planning knowledge --Demonstrated planning experience would be an advantage

-Manufacturing or any other supply chain function experience is an advantage

-Project management experience is an advantage

-Better to have Food related process experience.
