Engineer- Reliability/Maintenance

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Define and renew/optimize maintenance strategic, PM plan and maintenance task through MSE methodology to make sure there is YOY breakdown and maintenance cost reduction.
• Establish and renew spare parts strategy to equipment reliability and control maintenance cost.
• Lead trouble shooting and root cause analysis for major breakdowns.
• Establish and renew AHC roadmap to achieve equipment reliability.
• Establish and renew control roadmap to support IOT and digital foundation.
• Lead electrical/automation related improvement projects and take SME role in Electrical & automation area in other engineering projects.
• Establish and maintain/renew electrical/automation standards.
• Provide technical training to electrical technicians to improve maintenance capability.

Job Qualifications

• College degree in Electrical / Electronic /Automation or equivalent area
• Electrical & automation background
• Change control and TRA (Technical risk analysis) AHC (Asset Health Check)
• Project management skill (EWP)
• MSE/PM Pillar, BDE DMS, P&S DMS
