  • Review Support: Support review project management by configuring workspaces, layouts, permissions, review populations, and search criteria; deliver analytics and reporting; support document production by ensuring production requirements are clearly defined and accurately executed

  • Reviewer Training: Provide training/support to the review team on review functions in Microsoft Purview eDiscovery and RelativityOne

What are we looking for?

  • 3 (two) years of experience in Relativity processing and end-to-end workflow management

  • Excellent time management and project management skills, able to independently track and manage multiple concurrent, simultaneous work streams and find creative solutions to effectively drive projects to closure

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to keep project documentation and communicate status updates accurately, concisely, and timely

  • Strong customer focus, dedication to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders, ability to gain customers’ trust and respect and maintain effective stakeholder relationships

  • Strong organizational agility, ability to learn how organizations work, navigate through organizational network and context effectively, and make sound operational decisions following policies and procedures

  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience

  • Proficiency in RelativityOne is a must (Relativity Certified Administrator certificate highly preferred), proficiency in Microsoft Purview eDiscovery highly preferred

  • Knowledge of computer/mobile forensics and experience with applications such as EnCase, FTK, ModeOne, and Cellebrite preferred
