What will be your key responsibilities?
Collaborate with the Employer Reputation team to deploy visible and attractive campaigns via digital and social channels, increasing awareness and applications for Early Talent programs.
Post internship and graduate trainee opportunities on various platforms to ensure a high-quality and diverse candidate pool.
Oversee sourcing and pre-selection of candidates, partner with hiring managers, and act as a guardian of the recruitment process and culture.
Propose strong candidate shortlists and facilitate final hiring decisions through the assessment centre process.
Organize and participate in Career Fairs and In-House Days to promote Mars and its opportunities to students and graduates.
Assess talent at these events and increase awareness of our programs.
Take ownership of process and policy documentation.
Support onboarding and ongoing capability building of other specialists within the team.
Deploy Onboarding & Development Programs for interns to enhance their experience and increase conversion rates.
Evaluate and improve the intern experience for future years.
Provide learning and development offerings to support intern development and build future talent pipelines.
Participate in projects to boost recruitment process efficiency and support reputation-building campaigns.
Support screening and selection of early talent candidates in other European markets during peak times.
Manage process improvements to increase intern conversion for graduate programs and direct entry opportunities.
What are we looking for?
Background in HR including ET or Recruitment.
Good skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Experience in Early Talent or volume recruiting.
Comprehensive understanding of the Polish educational landscape.
Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of an additional European language (such as French) is a plus.
