The E2E Demand Analyst is a key player in driving an effective consensus demand plan. Leveraging advanced analytics, this role delivers actionable insights and optimizes forecasting processes using tools like E2open LDS (long-term) and MDS (short-term).
Collaborating closely with Network Planners and Brand Managers, the analyst ensures accurate, up-to-date forecasts and maintains statistical models and item-level history. They also manage essential data and market intelligence, making adjustments at both item and regional levels to guarantee complete and accurate forecast reconciliation.
What are we looking for?
Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science and/or engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of supply chain experience
- Experience with ERP and Advanced Planning Systems
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Demonstrated analytical ability with capability in analytics, trend analysis, and drawing data driven insights.
- Demonstrated expertise in critical thinking, influence, negotiation, problem solving, and strategic thinking
- Excellent and effective communication and presentation skills across all levels of management
- Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct ownership to achieve objectives
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and build strong relationships
- Ability to create and foster relationships with cross functional partners
- Strong continuous improvement mindset
Preferred
- 1-3 years of supply chain experience for a global or multi-plant consumer packaged goods company
- Experience in understanding data, outliers and demand shaping characteristics in the CPG space
- Proficiency utilizing JDA, E2open or RapidResponse
- Experience with analytical tools and languages such as R, Python or SAS
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Preparation of necessary inputs into the Sales & Operation Planning process (S&OP)
- Prepare all required materials to support final consensus forecast
- Data cleansing to ensure the optimal performance of the E2open modules
- Review historical data, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results
- Monitor and report on market-specific KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, forecast BIAS, MAPE, forecast value add) at multiple levels and lags
- Track monthly forecast error to identify contributing factors and adjust the necessary item
- Review multiple demand inputs ensuring all demand is covered and explanations for outliers and trends
- Create collaborative relationships with the Network Planning team
- Create collaborative relationships with necessary Digital Technology and E2open technical partners
- Participate/lead continuous improvement projects and problem-solving cards as it relates to statistical forecasting process

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting:USD 85,843.00 - USD 118,036.00
