What the role looks like

The E2E Aggregation Lead supports the Senior E2E Aggregation Lead in the S&OP+ Process that drives strategic business planning and longer-term execution.

As an Aggregation Lead, you will support S&OP+ processes by facilitating the appropriate collation of information required to support the S&OP+ meeting agendas. The E2E Aggregation Lead will take the consolidated regional demand as well as the regional supply from the Advances Planning System and will support the analysis on the imbalances and demand at risk.

Key to the role is to ensure the relevant KPIs and any other related data for S&OP+ are available, along with the respective what-if analysis.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Provide an overview of the aggregated regional and cross-regional demand and production analyzing the significant changes and trends that impact the Supply Chain

  • Supports the Market Collaboration Director in the Risks and Opportunities process and analyses the impact

  • Provides root cause analysis of service failures (to improve Case fill /FROT), ensures all issues are addressed and fixed

  • Delivers every period the supporting materials for the standard review including key highlights, reporting of demand/supply balancing, risks and opportunities and KPIs

  • Anticipating future Supply Chain risks and opportunities, prompt and enable decision-making by providing the right quality analytics

  • Facilitation of Business continuity structure in case of regional supply crises

  • Facilitation of standard ways of working associated with market quota management in the case of regional supply crises

What are we looking for?

Education and Professional

  • BSc or BA in business, supply chain management, science and/or engineering. Master or advanced degree (sciences or business) preferred

  • 3-5 years of Supply Chain Management experience for a CPG/FMCG company

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)

Knowledge / Experience

  • E2E understanding of Supply Chain management with experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management

  • Ability to present complex analysis in understandable forms to business stakeholders including the ability to articulate the needs of the business and the customers to supply chain stakeholders.

  • Ability to work autonomiously

  • Ability to listen to others and link to others’ ideas

  • Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy

  • Fluent in English
