Senior E2E Aggregation Lead (H/F/X)

Location : All Mars offices in Europe

The Senior E2E Aggregation Lead supported by the E2E Aggregation leads facilitates the provision of the relevant information needed for the 4-18 period S&OP+ meeting agendas through the consolidation of regional performance data.

They will act as the gate keeper for decisions to be escalated within the various forums and ensure the right topics are brought to the attention of the S&OP+ and RSCMR community. They will provide analysis of demand at risk and imbalances as appropriate.

Key to the role is the provision of a reconciled view of demand, production volumes, inventories, and RSCMR KPI’s through the different Markets and Supply Planning functions and provide option analysis in support of business decisions. Senior aggregation lead also links into RSCMR the different S&OP regional meeting outcomes and strategic forums into RSCMR and is responsible to embed longer term 18 periods + discussions and outcomes through collaboration with Strategic planning lead- into RSCMR decks and discussions.

What are we looking for?

  • BSc or BA in business, supply chain management, science and/or engineering. Master or advanced degree (sciences or business) preferred
  • 7+ years of Supply Chain Management experience in CPG/FMCG company
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • E2E understanding of Supply Chain management with experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management
  • Ability to present complex analysis in understandable forms to business stakeholders including the ability to articulate the needs of the business and the customers to supply chain stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and share the key insights (based on the analysis) and recommendations
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure
  • Ability to listen to others and link to others’ ideas
  • Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
  • Fluent in English

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Leads a team of Aggregation who work on 3-18 period S&OP + horizon covering demand, production, KPIs and Regional S&OP+ forums.
  • Owns the feeder process for the periodic Regional Supply Chain Management review covering latest End to End Supply Chain metrics.
  • Upon need, might support in facilitating and leading the Strategy Deployment Meetings.
  • Deliver every period the supporting materials for the standard review including key highlights, demand, production, financial ,reporting of demand/supply balancing, risks and opportunities and KPIs
  • Own the overall RSCMR feeder & output actions across Supply Chain & Markets (both «what» and «how»), ensuring best representation/decisions from the market network and funnel right inputs into RSCMR for E2E synchronization director.
  • Acts as a co-pilot for synchronization director in all RSCMR discussions.
  • Responsible to bring Regional S&OP+ forums output on 3-18 periods into RSCMR
  • Synchronizes with peer Strategic planning Lead longer term 18 periods plus inputs into RSCMR
  • Supports the cascade of the RSCMR output to the MW EU organization and Supply network
  • Identify and report the relevant Factory SCMR outcomes for the region, ensuring best representation/decisions of all supply sites
  • Provide additional analysis and deep dive on the identified or requested tension area that will ease the decision making in RSCMR.
  • Manage action tracking list from RSCMR.
  • Provide regular assessment of RSCMR compliance to the standard and drive gap-closing initiatives. Supports the delivery of for the regional SCMR and feeder meeting improvement plan
  • Act as a reference point for regional S&OP+ forums ( asks and requirements)
  • Monitor and drive improvement of key supply chain metrics such as CSL, inventory, stocks, ATS to inform senior supply and supply chain leaders.
  • Facilitation of Business continuity structure in case of regional supply crises.
  • In case of supply demand imbalance, acts as governor and gatekeeper to market quota management in the region.
  • Acts as gatekeeper to RSCMR escalations into the RSCMR.
