Digital Education Manager

Job Description:

What are we looking for?

• Apply strong understanding of veterinarians, breeders, pet retailers and other professional audiences to identify engagement opportunities
• Support the development and execution of digital engagement platforms (2B CRM) to drive activation, engagement and retention
• Support 2B CRM regular operations and performance review to enhance professional NPS

What will be your key responsibilities?

Digital Professional Engagement – 40%

• Support the planning and execution of digital engagement strategy for veterinarians, breeders and other professional audiences
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop audience-relevant content, educational activities and communication plans
• Drive participation and adoption of professional engagement initiatives through digital channels

CRM Operations – 40%

• Manage CRM operations, user segmentation and campaign deployment in collaboration with external agencies
• Execute E2E CRM campaigns, including journey setup, testing, targeting and delivery
• Maintain CRM data quality and support continuous optimization of campaign operations and processes

Insights & Analytics –20%

• Monitor users engagement, retention and campaign performance across key programsDevelop performance reports and dashboards to support business reviews and decision-makingGenerate actionable insights and recommendations based on audience behavior and campaign results

Job Specifications/Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with professionals in Petcare, Animal Health, Veterinary, Healthcare or related industries preferred

• Experience in CRM, customer engagement, customer activation, loyalty, membership or community programs preferred

• Strong communication and analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills.

• Good written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English

• Bachelor degree or above
