- 12 Month contract based onsite Ellerslie | Hybrid Working + free onsite parking & close to public transport

You’ll own the forecasting process across our Snacking and Food portfolio.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner across Sales, Marketing and Supply to shape one aligned plan — and directly impact service, cost and performance.
What You’ll Do
Own the Forecast
- Build and align forecasts with Sales and Marketing to land one clear number
- Translate plans into actionable insights, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Ensure seasonality and key initiatives are accurately reflected
Turn Data into Insight
- Bring clarity to forecast vs budget and long-term plans
- Act as the go-to expert, confidently telling the story behind the numbers
Partner & Influence
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Supply and customers
- Build trust, challenge constructively and drive better outcomes
Drive Improvement
- Simplify processes and focus on what really matters
- Use systems and data to work smarter and plan by exception
- Step in where needed and contribute beyond your role
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales or Marketing operations (FMCG preferred)
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
- Ability to translate data into insight and action
- Confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders
- Strong communication skills — you can tell the story behind the numbers
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
