  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, Demand Finance, or related roles, preferably within CPG or a similar industry.

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, customer economics, revenue, trade, margin, and profitability.

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel capabilities.

  • Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, planning systems, TPM systems, or similar financial and commercial tools preferred.

  • Strong communication and business partnering skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?

  • Serve as a key finance partner to Sales and Marketing, providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

  • Support customer, channel, and brand performance reviews, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities versus plan and prior year.

  • Develop financial scenarios to evaluate changes in volume, customer plans, marketing investments, mix, and other commercial assumptions.

  • Provide visibility into the financial impact of Sales and Marketing initiatives across revenue, trade, net sales, margin, and profitability.

  • Partner with commercial teams to identify opportunities to improve financial performance and deliver against business objectives.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to understand and validate volume, customer, channel, innovation, and investment assumptions.

  • Translate demand changes into financial impacts across revenue, trade, net sales, margin, and profitability.

  • Partner with FP&A to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), periodic forecasts, long-range planning, and business reviews.

  • Analyze forecast versus actual performance and identify key drivers of variance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Help improve forecast accuracy, visibility, and planning processes across the commercial organization.

  • Support the multi-year Integrated Value Creation Plan (IVCP) by developing demand financial models, analyzing volume and gross margin trajectories, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to validate key commercial assumptions.

Customer, Channel & Portfolio Performance:

  • Support customer and channel P&Ls and provide insights into revenue, trade, margin, mix, and profitability performance.

  • Analyze customer and channel trends to identify financial opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.

  • Support Sales with financial modeling for customer plans, business reviews, and commercial opportunities.

  • Evaluate product and customer mix impacts and provide recommendations to support profitable growth.

  • Partner with Trade Finance to ensure trade assumptions and actual spending are appropriately reflected in customer and financial forecasts.

  • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis for marketing initiatives and investment decisions.

  • Support innovation and renovation financial evaluations, including volume assumptions, pricing, margin, investment requirements, and profitability.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Finance, and FP&A to assess financial implications of new product launches and commercialization plans.

  • Track performance of key initiatives versus original financial assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting that provide clear visibility into demand and commercial performance.

  • Deliver actionable insights on volume, revenue, trade, mix, margin, and profitability.

  • Leverage systems including SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Excel, and other planning and reporting tools to improve reporting efficiency and financial visibility.

  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline processes, and improve data quality and consistency.

  • Support preparation of financial materials for leadership reviews and cross-functional business discussions.
