Data Analyst
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £43,000- £53,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Use your analytical skills to shape the future of manufacturing at Mars. As our Data Analyst, you’ll unlock insights that drive smarter decisions across our Industrial Engineering and Technical teams. By transforming manual data processes into intuitive dashboards, you’ll help streamline performance, improve KPIs, and pave the way for continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in a data analytics role within a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI, with a track record of improving reporting processes.
- Experience identifying and deploying tools to automate data collection and reporting.
- Interest in a long-term development path toward Industrial Engineering.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Collect, process, and visualise daily performance data for site leadership across key KPIs.
- Deliver period-end insights for both internal and external reporting.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations to boost site performance.
- Migrate manual data reporting into automated Power BI dashboards.
- Champion smarter ways of working by identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy and system efficiency.
