We are seeking a D2C Supply Chain Operations Manager to support in the day-to-day running of our end-to-end EU supply chain for direct-to-consumer business, from organizing finished goods at the factory, right through to putting the product in our customers’ hands.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a pro-active and entrepreneurial spirited individual, with a love of getting stuck in and taking the initiative to make things happen. You’ll be highly organized and a planner by nature, you’ll be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and be able to proactively anticipate challenges rather than react. You will manage day-to-day operational relationships with third-party suppliers and collaborate with several internal and external stakeholders.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Support and run daily end-to-end operations activity based on the overall business strategy requirements, across all UK and EU
  • Coordinate all associated logistics/supply management tasks, such as STO/PO management, stock replenishment and reconciliation, forecasting and planning.
  • Build a strategic partnership between 3PLs and our supply chain team, ensure SLAs are met and drive performance as well as continuous improvement reviews
  • Be responsible for Quality in distribution and food safety compliance and best practice
