  • Permanent full time role managing customers across New Zealand

Mars is a family-owned business with more than $35 billion in global sales, we’re passionate about our people and looking to recruit our next Customer Replenishment Planner.

You’ll play a critical role in the business, both internally and with the customer. You’ll be responsible for all key customer replenishment tasks, working closely with the replenishment team at Woolworths NZ and within Supply Chain at Mars by reviewing plans making recommendations to achieve client directed inventory levels.

Internally this role represents the ‘face and voice’ of our customer within Supply, Quality and Sales ensuring customer centricity in all decision making.

This role is a critical link to ensuring consumer satisfaction, through effective communication, accurate and timely processing of all orders and claims, the provision of a safe world class delivery service.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working in a customer service or sales environment

  • Advanced communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders & customers at all levels.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to multitask and problem solve

  • FMCG Experience, preferred

  • As travel to the customer will be required, own transport is a must

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Effectively manages the VMI process for the Mars business in Woolworths NZ – daily ordering, stock management and delivering agreed availability of Mars products.

  • Develops and maintains strong Head Office relationships with the relevant supply chain contacts, conducting regular reviews and reporting on agreed customer KPI’s.

  • Monitoring and reviewing inventory replenishment systems to maintain adequate supply available in Woolworths distribution centres through out New Zealand

  • Utilise various systems and programs to ensure process efficiency and KPI tracking.

  • Ensuring all customer claims are processed in a timely manner
