Role Title: Customer Development Analyst
Location: Melbourne, Victoria
Hours: Full-time, Permanent Role
Reporting to: Customer Development Head – Convenience

What you’ll do:
This role is a fantastic opportunity to join Mars in a unique analyst role that also has the opportunity to stretch into account management for some of our state based customers. In this role, you’ll:

• Work collaboratively with Convenience customers to ensure that the activation plans & promotions are executed

• Maintain ongoing reporting for Convenience customers including inventory reporting, service level reporting and new line tracking

• Build monthly updates to send out to Convenience customers that include new line product launches, deletions, and promotions

• Support the broader team with any customer requests – for example point of sale requirements or sourcing product information

• Support the Convenience team in financial and claims management, including creating Tax Invoices
  

Your unique ingredients:

• Customer experience within field sales or other sales environment

• Strong analytical abilities, with the ability to analyse large volumes of data

• Ability to develop long term, effective and influential business relationships with key decision makers

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline preferable but not essential
