As our Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead, you will act as a strategic catalyst driving loss elimination and operational excellence in alignment with key site priorities. You will play a pivotal role in structurally optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations by coaching teams, leading advanced problem-solving initiatives, and managing critical site improvement budgets.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the continuous improvement (CI) process and budget for CI investments through prioritization of activities.

  • Identify and lead Focused Improvement (FI) projects from concept to completion.

  • Analyse performance data to eliminate chronic issues.

  • Stabilize the production processes (eliminating the reoccurrence of the sporadic issues) through defining trigger levels for escalation.

  • Drive consistent Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation across the entire site.

  • Manage the CI CAB budget, prioritize continuous improvement investments, and hands-on execute minor capital projects to drive shopfloor agility.

Your unique ingredients:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering or similar.

  • Project Management experience.

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
