As our Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead, you will act as a strategic catalyst driving loss elimination and operational excellence in alignment with key site priorities. You will play a pivotal role in structurally optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations by coaching teams, leading advanced problem-solving initiatives, and managing critical site improvement budgets.
What you’ll do:
Manage the continuous improvement (CI) process and budget for CI investments through prioritization of activities.
Identify and lead Focused Improvement (FI) projects from concept to completion.
Analyse performance data to eliminate chronic issues.
Stabilize the production processes (eliminating the reoccurrence of the sporadic issues) through defining trigger levels for escalation.
Drive consistent Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation across the entire site.
Manage the CI CAB budget, prioritize continuous improvement investments, and hands-on execute minor capital projects to drive shopfloor agility.
Your unique ingredients:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering or similar.
Project Management experience.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
