Associate Marketing Director

Job Description:

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Innovation & Portfolio
  • Lead beyond-product innovation with aligned strategy and concepts.
• Go-to-market Strategy
  • Represent the brand in Mini/CVS channels, New Retail, and D-com channels
  • Provide channel insights to support brand growth strategy
• Communication & Activations
  • Lead the communication strategy and marketing campaign activation.
  • Direct cross-functional team and agency to deliver brand activations in a quality and effective manner, and manage global sharing and communication.

What are we looking for?

1- Solid business acumen and brand growth strategy planning and implementation

2- Solid brand portfolio management skills. Good on launch and nurture innovation ideas. Good agility to capture channel shifts to drive a channelized portfolio.

3- Good collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver brand initiatives, including but not limited to brand communication omni channel brand activities.

4- Strong leadership on team management and talent development. Creating an inspiring, result-driven culture to deliver results in challenging situations
