Assistant Ecom Customer Manager

Job Description:

JOB TITLE：

Assistant Key Account/Customer Manager (Tmart & TDI)

Key responsibilities:

• Develop business plans for Tmall Supermarket and TDI channels, including volume forecasting, promotional roadmap, assortment strategy, inventory management and investment budget planning, take end‑to‑end accountability for sales and profit targets.

• Maintain regular, high‑quality communication with Tmall category buyers and platform stakeholders. Negotiate campaign slots, platform subsidies and priority resources for big‑sales events.

• Track channel operational metrics, conduct data‑driven analysis on sales performance, competitor activities and category trends, identify growth gaps and optimization opportunities, output actionable improvement proposals.

• Customer management: TP/KOL management, selling and negotiation.

• Cross functional communication: working with supply/ MKT/ finance on business delivery.

Experience and skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• 3+ years working experience in E-commerce. Proven hands‑on experience operating Tmall Supermarket or TDI.

• High learning agility and self-driven.

• Excellent negotiation, cross‑functional coordination and problem‑solving capability, result‑oriented.

• Strong data‑analysis skills, commercially sensitive to sales, margin, cost and investment efficiency.
